Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. We do not accept returns. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must malfunction, or you, as the customer is unsatisfied with the product. 

To start a refund, please visit our website and submit a ticket with our chatbot, or send us an email at hello@skinessencebeauty.com with your order details. 

If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return or If you have any return questions at all, please get in touch with us through our chatbot or at hello@skinessencebeauty.com.  


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a refund for the item you have, and once the refund is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
